Kaiser ITC is a growing team of knowledgeable individuals
constantly working to maintain extensive technical
expertise as well as personal involvement in the
business community of San Diego County. Kaiser ITC
is an active member of the Carlsbad
Chamber of Commerce, the
Vista Chamber
of Commerce and the California
Society of CPAs.

Cliff is the founder and principal consultant of
Kaiser & Associates, IT Consulting - established
in January 2000 to serve the information technology
needs of businesses in San Diego.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Cliff
was manager of Information Systems at Captiva Software,
a San Diego-based software development company with
offices throughout the United States and Europe.
He built and managed the local and wide-area network
and telecommunications infrastructure for the rapidly
growing company. Captiva develops software serving
the data capture and image management market.
In 1993, Cliff completed 12 years of active service
as a nuclear engineer with the U.S. Navy Submarine
Force. He continues his service as a Captain in
the Naval Reserves. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology
from the Ohio Institute of Technology and has had
extensive education in information technology and
project management.
